How to perform this exercise: Lie on your stomach and keep your feet together. Put your hands under your shoulder. Keeping your lower body flat on the floor, lift your upper body off the floor. Use your arms to raise your upper body. Tilt your head back to engage your neck muscles. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then return to the starting position.


3. Pachimottanasana

This exercise helps to stretch the spine and thus increase the length.

It stretches the hamstrings and spine, stimulates the liver and kidneys, increases height, improves digestion, reduces headaches and obesity, and can treat insomnia and high blood pressure.

How to perform this exercise: It is recommended to perform it on an empty stomach in the morning or four to six hours after eating your meal.

After sitting on the floor with your feet straight in front of you, inhale and raise your hands, then exhale and bend forward from the hips. Spread your arms out and try to touch your toes. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then return to the starting position.


4. Ustrasana

How to do this exercise:  Stand on your knees as you inhale, keep your back arched and arms straight, slide your palms over your feet, stay in this posture for a few seconds breathing normally. Then breathe out and slowly come back to the initial pose.

5. Vriksha asana

How to do this exercise: Start by standing straight with feet together and hands at your sides. Keep the left leg still and bend the right knee to bring the sole of the right foot to the inner thigh of the left leg. Raise your arms toward the sky and fold your palms. Tilt your head to extend your neck. Hold this position for 30 seconds and then return to the starting position.


6. Trikonasana

The triangle exercise strengthens the ankles, knees, arms, legs, and chest. It lengthens the calf muscles and hamstrings.

How to do this exercise: Start by standing straight with your feet wide apart, turn to your right side with your right foot pointing to the right and your left foot pointing straight ahead. Bend your body to the right. Try to touch your right foot with your right hand and extend your left arm toward the sky. Tighten your body and keep your left foot flat on the ground. Then go back to the starting point.
